Angel Del Villar Reconocido en la lista “Indie Power Players” de Billboard

Bell Gardens , Ca- Angel Del Villar es nombrado entre los más influyentes , por segundo año consecutivo, en la lista “Indie Power Players” de la revista Billboard. El empresario de la música regional mexicana es reconocido por ser de los más destacados de la industria independiente. Desde el  inicio de su empresa, Del Records, en el 2008, Angel Del Villar ha logrado desarrollar varios talentos musicales incluyendo; Gerardo Ortiz y Ulices Chaidez.

Although Del boasts a roster of regional Mexican artists that includes Gerardo Ortíz and Régulo Caro, and regularly places singles in the top 15 of the Regional Mexican Airplay chart, the addition of T3r Elemento in 2018 “was a great achievement,” says Del Villar. “This group filled up 4,000-seat venues with no label or radio support.” With streaming and digital revenue doubling in the past year, “we’re becoming more independent,” says Del Villar, who just launched Del’s first podcast and has 360 deals in place with his acts, involving him in all aspects of their careers.

Esta no es la primera vez que el empresario es reconocido, pues también fue nombrado entre los más destacados en la lista “Indie Power Players” en el  2017 y en la lista “Latin Power Players” en el 2016 y 2015.

The Regional Mexican music entrepreneur is recognized as one of the most prominent in the independent music industry. Angel Del Villar has managed to develop several musical talents including; Gerardo Ortiz and Ulices Chaidez, since the start of his music label, Del Records, in 2008.

This is not the first time that the entrepreneur is recognized, as he was also named amongst the most prominent in the “Indie Power Players” list in 2017 and in the “Latin Power Players” list in 2016 and 2015.
